Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Agatti’s Cancellation Policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of orders for our range of spices, masalas, and related food products (“Products”). By placing an order with Agatti, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please refrain from placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation Period:
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours (1 day) of placing it. Once this period has passed, cancellations may not be accepted as the order may already be processed or dispatched.
How to Cancel:
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and cancellation reason. Our team will review your request and confirm the status via email.
Shipped Orders:
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refuse delivery at the time of arrival.
Refund Process
Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable only for orders cancelled within the permitted time frame and before the product is dispatched.
Timeline:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 business days from the date of confirmation of cancellation.
Method:
All refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation Fees
No Fees:
Agatti does not charge any cancellation fees for orders cancelled within the allowed time period.
Exceptions:
For special or bulk orders, customized packaging, or promotional offers, Agatti reserves the right to deduct applicable processing charges. Any such fees will be communicated before finalizing the cancellation.
Order Modifications
Changes to Orders:
If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change product type or quantity), please contact our support team immediately. Modifications are subject to availability and may require cancellation and re-ordering.
Additional Costs:
Any price difference or additional charges due to modifications will be clearly communicated and confirmed before proceeding.
Out-of-Stock Items
If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, our team will promptly inform you. You may choose to:
- Wait for restock,
- Replace with an alternative product, or
- Cancel and receive a full refund as per our standard process.
